As a Business customer (B2B) we already have your company details. Besides that:
We use this information in relation to your purchase since they are necessary to fulfil the deal. We keep this information in a period of 5 years. After that the information are deleted.
In connection with the delivery of your products, the above information is transferred to our shipping courier Post Nord/DPD. They only use the information for the delivery of the products.
In relation to the new Data Privacy law, we can no longer send out newsletters to our existing customers. All customers have been asked to resign up to the newsletter. If you have signed up on our new website, you have also accepted that we can send you newsletters in the future. We are processing your data until it is no longer relevant, this means until you notify us that you don´t want to receive Newsletters from us anymore.
You can always withdraw your consent with us. This can be done by pressing the Unsubscribe button in the Newsletter or by contacting us on kram@kram.dk and notify us that you do not want to receive the Newsletters and offers anymore.
We will always treat your data securely and confident according to applicable laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation, no matter if we are processing your data on behalf of a contract or consent.
Your information will only be used for the purposes they were intended to, and will be deleted when the purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.
We use third parties only to fulfil your purchase from us, such as payment information. We have processor agreement with all necessary processors which is our guarantee that they obey to all laws and regulations.

As a private customer without login we do not process other information than those necessary to fulfil your order. As mentioned these information are deleted after 5 years.
If there is any mistakes in our information’s, you can always get them corrected, and you have the right to get the information in normal file format (dataportability). If you wish to change or need dataportability, you are very welcome to contact us on the above e-mail address.
