Everybody can buy even without Login. When you are buying without Login and you do not write a Company name, we consider you a private buyer (End-user). You can still get your goods delivered at a company address, just mention it as a delivery address in the Check out. When you buy on kram.dk as an end-user all prices is shown in Danish kroner (DKK) inclusive Danish VAT. On top of the page you can change the currency to Swedish Kroner (SEK), British Pound (GBP) or EURO (EUR), still including Danish VAT (all prices are the same just converted to the other currencies). We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Germany, Belgium and Holland.
If you are an end-user in Denmark we offer you free shipping when buying for more than 499,- dkk, when choosing some specific shipping methods. There is always shipping cost on deliveries directly to your home address. It is only for shipments inside Denmark where free shipping is applicable.
kram.dk is open for business 24 hours, year round. Theoretically the website can be down cause of maintenance.
You can access our products in many different ways, and after that you can add them to the cart. Then you can correct the quantities and you can remove products from the cart all the way until the order is made. After that the shipping cost will be added. If you are an end-user in Denmark you can all the time see how much you have to add to get free shipping. If you are an end-user from outside of Denmark you have to choose your country and then you can see the different shipping ways.
Add your address, choose your shipping way and complete the payment.
As you will see, Kram Telecom already complies with PSD2 (Strong Customer Authentication - SCA) and you will also need to write a little code that you will receive on your mobile phone during your payment, when you are buying for more than 30,- Euro. When you have completed the payment, your order will be handled by Kram Telecom and you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order.
At kram.dk you can pay with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard; JCB, Union Pay, American Express and Mobile Pay. The amount will not be deducted until the goods has been shipped. The amount that we draw from the card can never exceed the amount approved at Check out.
There is no credit card fee when shopping on kram.dk.
If everything is in stock, you will receive a tracking number and an invoice from us at the end of the day.

If you, as an end-user, is not satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, or you just regretted the purchase, you can return them to us. All you have to do is to decide within 14 days after you receive the products and notify us within these 14 days on kram@kram.dk. You then have a maximum of 14 days to ship the products back.
You have to include a copy of the invoice and fill out, print and include the form “Returnform, private”, which you can print from this page.
If you, on the returnform, indicate that you want a refund, we will refund the amount on the card that was used for the purchase. If that is not possible, we will contact you for an alternative account.
The returned products has to be received unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, which also have to be complete and undamaged. If not, we are not able to refund the total amount of the products. If the package is broken and/or the products has been used, we can still receive the product, but the refund will be deducted the relative impairment. The impairment will differ from product to product. Special products that has been ordered specific to a customer cannot be returned. Unless the reason for return is caused by a mistake from Kram Telecom, the cost for shipping the products back has to be paid by the customer.
Always make sure you pack the returned products properly. The customer is responsible for the returned products until received by Kram Telecom.
For private customers (end-users) all products are covered by 24 months warranty. If you find that the product is faulty, Kram Telecom has to exchange, repair or take the product back. If so, you need to contact our customer support at +4597941800 or kram@kram.dk.
The fault has to be justified and you are not entitled to a warranty caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer.
If you find the product faulty you have to contact us within reasonable time. Please use our returnform and describe the problem as thorough as possible. Please also include the invoice from the purchase.
The warranty is void if the products has been tried to be repaired or if the products in other ways are not treated correct.
Always make sure you pack the returned products properly. The customer is responsible for the returned products until received by Kram Telecom. The customer is paying the shipping cost back to Kram Telecom. This cost will be refunded if the warranty is accepted by Kram Telecom.
If you have ordered a wrong product, the wrong size, colour or other you can have the product exchanged. You pay for the shipping cost back to us but we pay the shipping cost of the exchanged product back to you. You still have to decide for an exchange within the first 14 days after you received the products. Then you have another 14 days until Kram Telecom has to receive the product back.
Please use the “Return form, private” to return the product. Remember to clearly state the product you want to have instead. Also, remember to include the invoice from the purchase.
If you are a business customer (B2B), reseller, distributor, retail shop or others with a valid VAT number, you can have a Login to the webshop, and see what prices we offer you without VAT. The prices are shown in the currency we have agreed upon when you got the Login. You will still be able to see your freight limit if you are a customer from Denmark or Sweden. If you are a B2B customer from outside Denmark/Sweden you always pay shipping cost. The shipping cost will be added manually to the invoice when the products have been packed. As a new customer a credit rating will be made, and if positive, we will offer you a credit, combined with a credit limit. Without credit the order has to be paid before shipping.
If you have a Login we already have your company information, so the order is easily finished by clicking “Invoice” or by paying with creditcard. You will then receive a confirmation that we have received the order. If everything is in stock you will receive a tracking number and an invoice at the end of the day. The payment term will be stated on the invoice. If payment is delayed Kram Telecom is entitled to add 1,5% interest per month.
There is no right to return products for business customers (B2B).
For business customers (B2B) there is a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. Kram Telecom will exchange or repair the product. This will not entitled to a new 12 months warranty. Business customers are bound to examine the products for faulty as soon as they receive the products and contact Kram Telecom without delay. Fault or errors cannot be handled later if these could have been discovered by such an examination. If the faults or errors are hidden, the business customer has to contact Kram Telecom as soon as the fault is discovered. The business customer is paying the shipping cost of the products to Kram Telecom, but if the warranty is accepted Kram Telecom will refund the cost. For these returns please use the “Return Form, Business”.
All offers are valid in 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Title to the delivered products shall remain vested in Kram Telecom and shall not pass to the customer until the full purchase price has been paid in full and received by Kram Telecom. All costs related to the title retention clause are to be paid by the customer.
At kram.dk we use the SSL encryption which is the highest standard in encryption technology, when paying with credit cards on a website.
To be able to handle your order as a private customer, Kram Telecom has to know your name, address, email address and phone number. There will not be created an account to you but the information is kept in 5 years. After that the information will be deleted. To be able to ship the products to you, the necessary information is sent to the courier, Post Nord, through our handler Consignor. Both companies do not keep the information longer than Kram Telecom.
If you wish to receive our Newsletter and you have applied for that, your name and email address will be handled through the Newsletter company Mailchimp. You can at all time unsubscribe to the mail list by contacting Kram Telecom at kram@kram.dk or by clicking the unsubscribe button in a Newsletter. This will delete the information.
As a B2B customer your data will also be deleted after 5 years.

We use a logging program on kram.dk, which means that a statistics program collects information on how many visitors we have, where they come from and when they leave the webshop.

We have the right to change prices without notice. We are not responsible for force majeure, typo mistakes, mistakes in pictures, pricechanges, products which are end of life and mistakes made by our suppliers. Mistakes in the webshop does not entitle to compensation.
In case of force majeure Kram Telecom is entitled to cancel the order, or parts of the order or deliver the order when the force majeure has passed.
Installations guide are indicative, any mistakes in installation guides do not entitle to a compensation.
For damage on person and property which is caused by mistakes or faulty products delivered by Kram Telecom, we are responsible in the case where the responsibility can be addressed to us.
Kram Telecom is not responsible for damage to products where Kram Telecoms products are a part of.
Kram Telecom is not responsible for any indirect loss, such as, but not only operation breakdown, loss of time, loss of turnover etc.
Kram Telecom does not accept return shipments shipped as Cash on delivery.
All twists have to be handled by Danish law at the court in Holstebro, Denmark.
